Base Ingredients: – 24 large green olives (pitted) – 4 oz cream cheese, softened – 2 oz goat cheese or feta cheese (optional for flavor) – 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped – 1 teaspoon lemon zest – 1 clove garlic, minced (optional) – Freshly ground black pepper, to taste Optional Variations: – Chopped sun-dried tomatoes – Crushed red pepper flakes – Chopped almonds or walnuts (for crunch) – Anchovy paste (for a bold, salty variation)

In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with goat cheese or feta. Add chopped parsley, lemon zest, garlic (if using), and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
