Main – 1 lb ground beef – 1/2 onion, finely chopped – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 8 oz mushrooms, sliced – 8 oz egg noodles Sauce – 2 tbsp flour – 2 cups beef broth – 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce – 1/2 cup sour cream – Salt & black pepper to taste

In a large skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Add onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook until soft, about 5–7 minutes.

Sprinkle flour over mixture and stir. Slowly add beef broth, stirring constantly. Add Worcestershire sauce and simmer until thickened.

Reduce heat to low. Stir in sour cream until the sauce is creamy and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

While the sauce simmers, cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside for serving.

Add cooked noodles to the beef mixture, or spoon the stroganoff over noodles. Garnish with parsley if desired.
