Easy Roasted Broccoli Orzo

Ingredients:

Orzo pasta Broccoli florets Olive oil Garlic Lemon zest Parmesan cheese Salt Black pepper

Step 1

Roast the Broccoli – Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes, or until crispy and tender.
