– 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna in water, drained – 1/4 cup mayonnaise – 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional for tang) – 1 celery stalk, finely chopped – 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped – 1 tablespoon sweet relish or chopped pickles – 1 teaspoon lemon juice – Salt and pepper to taste – Optional: chopped parsley or dill for freshness
Ingredients

Drain the tuna well and flake it with a fork in a medium mixing bowl.

Add mayo, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and relish to the bowl. Mix until smooth.

Stir in celery, red onion, and any fresh herbs you're using.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Adjust mayo or mustard to your preferred creaminess.

For best flavor, chill for 15–30 minutes before serving.
