Quick Applesauce Blueberry Bread Recipe

Gradually stir the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix to ensure a tender and moist crumb.

Gently fold in 1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries. If using frozen, do not thaw to prevent discoloration of the batter.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 45–55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.

Serve warm with a pat of butter or at room temperature with coffee or tea. It also makes a great addition to a brunch spread.
