1 lb ground beef 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon oyster sauce 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce (optional) 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced 1/2 onion, sliced 1 bell pepper, sliced 1 cup broccoli florets 1 carrot, thinly sliced 2 green onions, chopped Salt and pepper to taste Sesame seeds for garnish (optional) Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Ingredients

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.

Drain any excess fat if needed. Add the garlic, ginger, and sliced onion, and sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant. Toss in the bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot,

and stir-fry for about 4–5 minutes until the vegetables are just tender but still crisp. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce (if using), and sesame oil,

and mix everything until evenly coated and heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Remove from heat, sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve hot over rice or noodles for a satisfying, sizzling delight.
